Summary:
Catherine Morikawa is a genuine and kind young girl born with the both the blood of a pirate and a well-known shinobi clan coursing through her veins. I think I've only ever uploaded one version of this story in the past since I still have several chapters of what it used to be. I'm so glad I took the time to step back, watch the show more closely, and properly plan this story out.
...Because hOT DAMN THE OLD ONE WAS A TRAVESTY. CHARACTERS WERE OOC, HOW I EVEN MANAGED TO GET PAST CHAPTER 5 IS A MYSTERY IN AND OF ITSELF, TOO MUCH WRONG WITH IT.
...Sorry...
Anyway, I contemplated making a prologue to this story, but I don't think it really needed one. So instead, I thought it would be nice to break up what I originally wrote and separated it while adding a short little introduction. Because cliff hangers that aren't really cliff hangers are the best kind of cliff hangers.
I hope you guys will enjoy this. I'm hoping I present this story in a way that's both interesting and makes sense within the universe. That's my main concern.
